Welcome to the first instalment of my Blog. Bear with me, I am new to blogging. I promise to only get better as I go along.

My name is Michelle Chartrand and I am a REALTOR® with Royal LePage Kelowna.

I have been a REALTOR® for over 8 years. Two of those years I practiced in the lower mainland and for the past 6 years I have been an agent up here in "Paradise" as I love to call it.

I live in Oyama; a small community within the community of Lake Country which is about 30 minutes north of Kelowna. I don't limit my services to just Lake Country or just Kelowna. My area of service is Peachland, West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country and Vernon.

I love this business of helping people buy and sell homes! To me, it's not just a transaction. It's a relationship, born and cultivated!
